1) What is your return policy?

HypeSpots does not offer exchanges. Refunds are only granted when an event is cancelled by the host. In that case, your refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We do not offer refunds in the event of illness, inclement weather, equipment failure, or management disputes.

2) I bought my ticket for a party on HypeSpots but did not have a good time. The DJ sucked!

Unfortunately, HypeSpots does not offer refunds in such cases. We do not guarantee the content, nature, or quality of any event listed on our platform.

3) I bought a ticket for a party on HypeSpots but was declined entrance at the door.

These are dealt with on a case-to-case basis. Please direct all related inquiries to our customer service department by e-mailing customerservice@hypespots.com. A representative will respond to you in 1-3 business days. Be sure to include all relevant information.

4) I can no longer attend an event that I purchased a ticket to on HypeSpots. Can I sell this ticket to a friend?

No. Tickets are non-transferable. All tickets are produced with an individual’s name. The ticket must be used by the person whose name is on it. For group tickets, be sure to include each group member’s name in the purchase order.

Tickets may not be reproduced and can only be scanned once.
